The Jumby Bay Rosewood Resort provided a second commission for Dennis Irvine Studio – to redesign the Pool Grille. The private island is situated off the coast of Antigua and boasts sweeping views of the turquoise Caribbean ocean. The beach front restaurant has been revitalised with a casual yet relevant design aesthetic which draws inspiration from its surroundings such as the luscious green landscape, coral reefs and ‘fruits de mer’ dining menu.
